Community CRM Runbook

Hello! Not sure who runs the Popular Community CRMs section of this page, but Orbit has wound down and needs to be removed. The "feature comparison" Google Doc also is significantly out of date - AhoyConnect was acquired by Commsor and I'm not sure if they still do community CRM type things at all, pretty sure KrunchData is no longer in the space.

I'm wondering if we should now be driving people to crowd.dev alone and focusing on how that works, since LF acquired that, or if we only want to list OSS CRMs or free CRMs or some other criterion.

I'm happy to make direct PRs to update the info that someone can merge, but wanting to check in with one of the authors on what the planned direction is for this page before I put in any labor. Thanks!

Thanks for pointing this out, @musingvirtual. Feel free to update the doc. This info was all based on interviews I did with maintainers a few years ago.
