Included code not correctly licensed

I noticed that this repository is licensed under an MIT license, but looking at the first place solution code it is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license, part of which states:

4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You meet the following conditions:

   You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
   ...

It doesn't look like the code has been copied to this repository with a copy of the Apache 2.0 license, thus breaking the terms of the license of the original code.

I have only checked the first place solution, but there may be other licensing issues with the other code copied into this repository.
