I didn't read it carefully, but I just knew I couldn't:

I need to add the ability to Sign in with apple, but after adding the framework, it will add content to xcproject and other files, if I share the xcode project file with other team members, it will not be able to build an error.

This resulted in me having to provide an 'md' of all the changes I had made to the XCode project so that the team could package.
