Technical Problem: Manually editing a competition from codalab page returns "Bad Request (400)" error #3431

Hi,

We are setting up our Codalab for the SemEval competition here (secret url): https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/15648?secret_key=56fe7dd5-f469-4d03-ab2f-0e12f33b2430

However, we cannot edit the competition after uploading the bundle from the Dashboard. Tasks such as adding admin and updating HTML pages result in an error: "Bad Request", as shown in the attached screenshot.

We cannot add "Pavao" as an error returns when adding any admin.

Hello,

We were able to figure out the issue. We have about 66 phases as shown below which result in the error "bad request" when editing the competition from the Dashboard.

However, everything worked well after we reduced the number of phases to 33 as shown below.

I was not able to reproduce the bug. For instance, here, I added "(test)" to a HTML page of your competition (https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/15648?secret_key=56fe7dd5-f469-4d03-ab2f-0e12f33b2430) using the editor:
