I suspect you'll need to go into the hosting site files and check permissions in the The specifics of how to do this depend on your hosting service. I suggest asking them to help reset the folder permissions. |

WP version 5.8.10 -
PHP 7.4.33 I know, I should be using a newer version, but I cannot update the PHP, so I am trying with plugins first.
But when I have attempted to update TSML I get the following error message
*
Update failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is due to inconsistent file permissions.
At first I thought it was a bug with the update. But I haven't been able to update TSML for over a year. I can update and add new meetings in the version I am using now.
How do I find file permissions and search for inconsistencies?
Thank you for any help
