Last week Amreet Sandhu dropped out of the race for District 6 on Sacramento City Council, so we should probably remove her from the page since she's not an active candidate anymore. But I can also see why it could be useful to keep candidates who have dropped out (or not advanced to the general election if nobody gets >50% in the primary) because it's still interesting who those donors are.

I think there are two options:

  1. Remove candidates who drop out or don't advance to the general election from the primary
  2. Keep the candidates but add a badge or something like that to communicate the candidate's status but still keep the data available

I removed candidates who dropped out in #47.
