UI fix - Appbar of job opening page & Adding scroll to top button on Job opening page #291

Describe the bug

Appbar present on Job Opening page has background and text colors which doesn't matches with general theme.
There is no ' Scroll to Top Button ' on Job Opening page .

To Reproduce

Visit Job Opening page present under Student Dashboard.

Expected behavior

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Browser: Chrome
