David says "Maybe we can have a currency, which is limited. Something fun like tacos, but maybe little pizza slices, etc. Incentivize member participation through rewards for accumulation.

If you want to make it more Colorado oriented, you could use green chilis. Or, if you want something non-food related 'kudos' could work.

@evanplaice I like Kudos. I wonder if we can think of a code for america theme as well.
