Available Actions Sidebar/Panel

Describe the solution you'd like
If possible, it would be great to have an action sidebar/panel with all available actions such as:
Launch Actions Browser
Compile/Deploy
Disconnect From Server
ect.

Similar to the "Help and Support" section

Describe alternatives you've considered
Looking at documentation to determine what actions to take and how. Unfortunately, it varies depending on the action that needs to be taken. Instead, it would be great to have all available actions immediately available to me in one spot. (This can be changed to just common ones or even customizable, if it doesn't make sense to list all.)

Additional context
As a new user, it is difficult to determine what actions are available to me at a glance.

@BrianDassowIBM Some commands are only visible if you right-click on a tree item in a view or are only shown in the editor. Most of the general ones can be found in the command palette by just searching for the IBM i category:

This can be changed to just common ones or even customizable

Code for IBM i itself doesn't have a dedicated view of its own where it lists all its VS Code commands. However, you can probably find an extension that does this in the VS Code Marketplace. It would probably even have the customizability you are looking for.
