Refer to #308 about issue on resolving names of variables or data structures inside a source

I refer to issue #308, i made a small video of what's happening in my sources.
I have always been used to defining the local variables and data structures of a sub-procedure within the procedure start and end placeholders. Apparently, however, the extension doesn't like this. Or am I doing something wrong in terms of programming style.
In any case, the compiler doesn't make too much fuss about recognizing and validating these variables and data structures regardless of where they are written as definitions.
