I have filled out the following information (attached to the footer of this issue) but I got Low-Risk Level.
(Should it be High-Risk level or higher level than Low-Risk?)
So how can we trust with evaluation? I hope the developer team re-examines the calculations about this assessment.

The answers I have filled for the assessment form

the symptom(s) section

  • Coughing
  • Sore Throat
  • Tiredness or Shortness of Breath
  • Vomit

Did you go oversea in the past 14 days? section

  • Went Oversea

Did you get near person who had COVID-19 risk in the past 14 days? section

  • More than 5 people around you are having fever.
  • There is a person living with you who just came back from abroad.
  • You are in closed contact with confirmed COVID-19 case (closer than 1 metre longer than 5 min)

Do you have an occupation that need to be closed to Foreigner(s) frequently? section

  • Yes

My result: Low-Risk Level

So I think it is better to remove this feature (Because even if evaluated, the results are still Low-Risk).
Let the Data Collector process Risk-Level from the place we go (timeline), is it better to reduce panic would be better?

I think the result still doesn't make any sense at all. The main point of this application is to give awareness to the people. If users feel like they have covid-19, this application should tell them to have a covid test but instead of telling users like that, the application gives a low-risk result. I think this will leads to Type II error (False Negative).
