为什么api.*下只有简单的几个api，cli下的能力是否都可以提供到api中 #34

如题，api提供了list_devices, connect_service_provider, screenshot, app_install这几个功能，可否将app <ps|list|launch|kill|instal|uninstall|foreground> 的cli命令都在api中提供呢？
