Python3 should be installed in your system (python3.9 recommended!)

1. clone the repo and `cd` into it.

2. run `pip install -r requirements.txt`

3. run `python3 manage.py makemigrations`

4. run `python3 manage.py migrate`

5. run `python3 manage.py runserver`
