Websocket connection failed

Followed your instructions, starting up the server and the client in separate terminal tabs.   When I access localhost:3000 in the browser, I get this error:

```bash
create-or-join.ts:63 WebSocket connection to 'ws://127.0.0.1:8002/' failed
```

As you can see, I changed the port after it failed to run on port 8000 too.

I tried on Chrome and Firefox browsers.
