Jumping Text (Instagram): black text in dark background

Describe the bug
"Jumping Text (Instagram)" displays the text in black, even in dark mode, causing the text to become unreadable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://animata.design/docs/text/jumping-text-instagram
2. See error

Expected behavior
text should be displayed in a visible color in dark mode.

Additional context
Note that this can easily be fixed with text-foreground, However that might cause additional problems with the storybook page (since it always has a white background). I'll leave this for the maintainer to decide.
