Argus fails to load in VSCode remote

In particular, loading fails with the error command 'argus.inspectWorkspace' not found. This error re-appears in a pop-up every time you click on the "argus" button in the bottom bar.

If you toggle the Developer Tools is there an error logged to the console? The "command not found" means that something went wrong with the setup process that the extension didn't catch.

I'm not familiar with how the VSCode Remote works, and I thought™️ that Argus would work the same, but it's very possible that an error was logged while spawning the Argus background process.

This appears to be related to rust-lang/rust#137421. The following (based on rust-lang/rust#137931) worked for me:
