Canvas: links are not clickable / cannot open URLs

Description

When using the Collaborator Canvas, URLs displayed in the output are not clickable — users cannot open links directly from the canvas view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Claude Code with the Collaborator Canvas
2. Have Claude generate output that contains a URL (e.g., a document link, a GitHub link, etc.)
3. Try to click/open the URL in the canvas

Expected Behavior

Links in the Collaborator Canvas should be clickable and open in the user's default browser.

Actual Behavior

Links are rendered as plain text and cannot be opened directly. Users must manually copy-paste the URL into a browser.
