Script: UDS brute force parameter request

I tested fuzzing functionality to make a UDS parameter request brute force. It works but:
I find much more powerful the scripting functionality!
Anyway for now I will experiment with UDS scanner window.

I did it. really cool. the UDS scanner gives an output that, with a VB function on excel I could be able to sintetize as I require (suggestion: data could be in csv format for easier import in excel).

A lot of requests are denied by the ECU and the reason is 0x31 that according to my knowledge means "request out of range".
Note that I didn't performed a security access.
Which is the negative response reason received when I request a parameter that requires a security access ?

I read that 0x31 is not related to the missing security authentication, therefore I understand that retrieved parameters are just those found.
It then seems that some parameter that can be written with dedicated can bus commands, are not available as UDS parameters. Is it common?
