#959 Several boroughs have system where individual planning applications have pages apparently unpredictable (see say https://planning.southwark.gov.uk/online-applications/ ) - how to obtain this links? t is possible to search for specific id, but not to link to specific entry based on streamed data.
#901 What is the meaning of "No Objection to Proposal (OBS only)" status? Should it be treated as approved? Rejected? (there are also other less popular states)
