The content of these files has been moved to the [Technical Manual/Wiki](https://github.com/colouring-cities/ccrp-technical-manual/wiki).
I've searched for references to this file in the code and can't find any references to it. I don't think it is needed any more.

Going to do some more testing to make sure that deleting files (particularly the geojson file) hasn't affected anything. |

There's no reference to that geojson file in the code. I've tested the site fairly extensively and haven't found any bugs or errors. |

The platform documentation, formerly in the
docsfolder, has been moved to the Technical Manual/Wiki. Removing these files from the repository to cut down on duplication and documentation going out of date/out of sync.
