Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful to drop chosen SNPs during runtime (opposite of --file-keep-snps arg, and without writing a file):

$RSCRIPT ldpred2.R .... --drop-snps rs1234 rs54321 ....

It should also support CHR:SNP:A1:A2 encoding.
