Add a leaderboard to see all users and their progress.

This requires:

  • modifying the user model to store user scores
  • adding a page to the UI to see the leaderboards

Note: this issue also goes well with the addition of viewing other users' profile pages, so that you can click on them in the leaderboard and see their page.
