Update recipe on v4 release to match Rattler recipe in codebase #139
Description
During v4 development we're keeping track of changes to the conda forge recipe using https://github.com/Parcels-code/Parcels/blob/v4-dev/.github/ci/recipe.yaml (which is also being used for alpha releases). Let's use this as the universal source of truth until Parcels v4 release (where we can then update this feedstock recipe).
I shipped some updates in Parcels-code/Parcels#2320 regarding the recipe (removing deps like pytest, trajan, matplotlib and platformdirs).
