Broker metrics not visible in Control Center #161

Description
In Control Center, broker metrics is not available.

Troubleshooting
Seems like commit 45a2f714f35d6a490a1bc9dae5f8775eaa5bb529 is reverted from using cp-server image to using cp-kafka image somehow, omitting metric reporters in the process.

Environment

GitHub branch: 7.7.0-post, cp-all-in-one-kraft
Operating System: MacOS X 14

I'm also seeing the same issue in

GitHub branch: 7.7.1-post, cp-all-in-one-kraft
Operating System: macOS 15.0.1 (Sequoia)

At this time, I'm getting the following message but it’s not clear what changes one needs to make to their Docker Compose setup:

Please set up Confluent Metrics Reporter to view broker metrics
