Describe the issue
Set Permissions on /var/lib/controller tasks doesn't refer to logs.dir fact

To Reproduce

• override kafka_controller_custom_properties: > log.dirs:
• launch playbook
• playbook creates a "/var/lib/controller" directory whatever the fact value

Expected behaviour
playbook should create directory named from the given fact
