Cannot re-download model through catalog after using /api/pull API endpoint

Bug description

A model is not being downloaded after it has been installed via the /api/pull endpoint and then deleted (see Steps to Reproduce for details).

Steps to reproduce

Download the model using the /api/pull endpoint.
Delete the model from the models catalog.
Try to download it again through the model catalog UI.
