Pushover service : Failed to send using pushover: timed out #346

Hi,

I have difficulties to make Pushover notifications work.
It always fails with a time out error message : failed to send using pushover: timed out

I test using the docker command below.

docker run --rm -it containrrr/shoutrrr send -v -u pushover://shoutrrr:APPKEY@USERKEY?devices=MYDEVICE

Any info or help woulb be appreciated.
