run volplugin and friends in containers

@vvb , now that volplugin 0.3.0 works in containers (thanks to you!!) , would you like to work on this?

Ansible still installs volplugin 0.2.0. As 0.3.0 also brings in the service name change, I feel all this can be done with service changes for running it in container.
