Unsintall and delete the softwares / components which we are installing

Scope : Swarm + Contiv installer
Current installer, when started with scheduler install option, installs docker engine and then installs docker swarm on nodes. Uninstaller when provided with right set of options, should uninstall and cleanup everything.
i.e:
1: stop and remove all the containers
2: Stop and remove docker engine
3: Stop and remove etcd

Please feel free to add anything i have missed.

#320 is tracking container & image state. This issue is only to track uninstalling the rpms (docker) and removing the service files.
