New contributor pathway for THIS project

Hi!

I found out about this at the CZI Open Science event and I'd love to help but/and - at the risk of asking an obvious question... what's the best way to get involved here? :)

@drnikki, it was great to meet you at the CZI Open Science 2022 Annual Meeting!
There are quite a few ways you could get involved with the Contributor Experience project:

• join one of our community calls: https://contributor-experience.org/docs/about/calendar.html,
• share your ideas by filing PRs or issues in this repo,
• address issues filed by other contributors,
• review submitted PRs.

If there is something else you have in mind that I didn’t mention, please let us know in a comment below.

I added @InessaPawson 's comment above to the contributing info in #44 - I believe we need to improve the guidelines further but it's a start ❤️
