0 to 0.1 Project Roadmap - tasks

We briefly discussed what put on our very first project roadmap at the community call on March 21st, 2024 (see the notes here).
I invite everyone to continue the conversation in this issue.
The themes that we identified at the meeting are as follows:

• Funding
• Handbook maintenance and improvements
• Communications
• Tooling/metrics

Once finalized, the tasks should be added to #90.
