[Bug]: Bluesky PDS doesn't seem to work correctly.

curl: (7) Failed to connect to {domain} port 3000 after 28 ms: Could not connect to server

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spin up the regular "Bluesky PDS"
2. Setup the domain and press deploy like on the official page
3. Go to the terminal and type pdsadmin create-invite-code like in the document.
4. Results in the error message

Additional Information

If I go to edit the compose file and from the environment section I edit -'PDS_HOSTNAME=${SERVICE_FQDN_PDS_3000}' to -'PDS_HOSTNAME=${SERVICE_FQDN_PDS}, the invite code does work, but the create account still doesn't work.
