tests: Remove docs test

Problem

docs test that was added in #1498 is not being used in CI.

Summary of changes

Remove the docs test.

Reasons for removal rather than just re-enabling:

• The test is not that essential given it's only a documentation comment test
• We've increased the amount of CI tests quite a bit lately, which could eventually result in us going over the limit of GitHub CI runners.
