[Bug] When StackViewport loading,Segmentation outline is not display

Describe the Bug

When StackViewport loading,Segmentation outline is not display

Steps to Reproduce

1. install npm packages."@cornerstonejs/core": "^2.17.1",
   "@cornerstonejs/dicom-image-loader": "^2.17.1",
   "@cornerstonejs/nifti-volume-loader": "^2.17.1",
   "@cornerstonejs/tools": "^2.17.1",

2. setStack the dicom file into StackViewport

3. add Segmentation to StackViewport

4. scroll the viewport and loading dicom file

The current behavior

the segmentation outline is not display

The expected behavior

the segmentation outline is display.

I've seen that issue before, but I haven't been able to replicate it consistently - do you have any reproducible steps to share?
