I've seen that issue before, but I haven't been able to replicate it consistently - do you have any reproducible steps to share? It works here https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/stacklabelmapsegmentation and also in OHIF https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.32.35162.30000015050317233592200000046
