Could you give us the exact error message, maybe with a screenshot (in English).
Was the iPhone locked or unlocked at that time? If locked, can you try unlocked in case USB restricted mode was active? Remember that you need to pair your iPhone with the Raspberry Pi, and that will require your passcode.

What iOS version are you running, and what version of libimobiledevice? I never saw that message here, but maybe there's an incompatibility? (for reference, I'm running iOS 13.3.1 with libimobiledevice 1.2.1~git20181030.92c5462-2 from Raspbian)

If you installed following the instructions in the README and have ssh access to the box, try running dpkg -l |grep libimobiledevice. You can reply in French but please add the English version as well for other people reading by.

Then I don't know. It might help to check if the device is detected by running ideviceinfo on the box. Also check the logs from journalctl when you're connecting the device. Did the device ask your passcode to pair pibackup at one point or never?

For information PIBACKUP is on a USB HDD

It's likely not mounted. The segmentation fault looks bad though. I'd say it's an upstream issue from libimobiledevice so please report that directly there: https://github.com/libimobiledevice/libimobiledevice/issues
