Bug Description

This latest flatpak update (1.0.2-fa90dbb) introduces screen flickering on the bottom half of the camera screen.
This occurs in a fully updated POP!_OS and Linux Mint 22.3.
Video card and drivers are the same on both computers, GeForce RTX 3050 6GB with v: 595.84.

Also please run the Flatpak from a terminal like this, use the app until you see the flicker, then close it and attach the log file:

flatpak run --env=RUST_LOG=info,camera=debug --env=NO_COLOR=1 io.github.cosmic_utils.camera 2>&1 | tee ~/camera-debug.log

The log lands at ~/camera-debug.log and you can drag it straight into a comment here.

I've noticed every time the bottom half of the screen flickers it kicks out one of these messages in KSystemlog in Journal entries:

Issue still persists with the video flickering and it is also recorded. It only occurs on systems with Nvidia graphics. I was able to test it yesterday on a laptop on the latest POP!_OS and no flickering was observed.
For some reason I am unable to upload the mp4 file.

Oh, that's weird but a good hint. So it seems that maybe something is wrong with the hardware accelerated video decoding or texture handling affecting only NVIDIA graphics under certain conditions. I have an RTX 3090 but this system seems not to be affected Camera v1.2.0 (flatpak) with my current driver 610.57.04and kernel version 7.1.6-1-cachyos on COSMIC desktop 1.5.0.

Can you run this command and share the output?

inxi -Gaz && uname -r

Also the corrupted mp4 file might help me find potential causes. Can you try compress it as a .tar, .zip, or similar and attach it then?
