Changelog not updated for v0.53.5.

The changelog on the release/v0.53.x branch does not have a section for v0.53.5, but it does have a bunch of stuff listed as "unreleased". It's too late to fix it for the v0.53.5 tag, but it'd be good to straighten it out before the next release.

Also, the v0.53.4 section's link points to v0.53.3.
And the release notes for v0.53.5 has a link to the changelog on the v0.53.4 tag. I didn't check the release notes, on the branch, but I expect that they're still referencing v0.53.4 too.

It looks like you forgot to update the changelog prior to tagging v0.53.5.

Just checked the changelog on main too. It's also missing a section for v0.53.5.
