Summary

After we have fully migrated to 1 test suite per runner, we should update the e2e readme to make sure it is accurate.

e.g. creating chains in SetupSuite and channels in SetupTest and any other changes that get made.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned
