Add thumbs up/thumbs down to the guide pages

It would be very useful to figure out where are we lacking with the guide. The least we can do is to add thumbs up/down buttons to the guide pages, so that the users can provide us with a feedback on what we should improve. The thumbs-down should probably allow writing a comment in a textarea to specify the details.
