Can't deploy couchbase-operator in the separate namespace.

I needed to deploy couchbase-operator 2.7.0 in a separate, from couchbase-cluster namespace.
But after deployment, couchbase-operator didn't find couchbase-cluster and didn't start managing it. In operator-deployment I found a setting that doesn't allow couchbase-operator to be deployed separately from couchbase-cluster - https://github.com/couchbase-partners/helm-charts/blob/couchbase-operator-2.70.0/charts/couchbase-operator/templates/operator-deployment.yaml#L39C9-L43C44

Could you tell me how to deploy couchbase-operator in a separate namespace without changing the helm chart?
