Questions about data collection, segmentation, and proper citation

Hello,

I am interested in analyzing this dataset for some of my thesis work but I just wanted to know if I could get a little more information about the data collection process for the call center and Telegram recordings, respectively. Additionally, could you provide any information on the cough segmentation process?

Finally, if there is any way that you would like to be cited could you please provide me with the proper way to do so? This would be greatly appreciated!
