Scrape Error in function (type, msg, asError = TRUE) : Could not resolve host: writefunction

New to pitchRx. After installation and running the scrape command for 2017 as follows:

I get the following error:

Any idea why this is happening?

I'm having the same issue.

So for me at least, it gives that error when you have a start date that doesn't actually have game data available, although that doesn't explain why it isn't working for you. There should be game data for 2017-04-02. Sorry that isn't much help.
