Better Link Browser

The current state of linking entries and files is not really satisfying.
The implementation done by TYPO3 and CK-Editor is simpler to handle. (Plugin)

All the handling of a link is done in a single modal

• set the target
• set the title
• update the link target
• unset the link

Double-clicking a link in the WYSIWYG or the link icon opens the modal and shows the entry or file with a highlighted color.
