This was resolved with help from [email protected]. The underlying error was that the html purifier occasionally was timing out on the maximum execution time of 28 second. And the error was not accessible after the 2 hour retention window of the log viewer. I've seen elsewhere that it is on the roadmap to improve the system for log files, which I think is a good idea :) |

Are there any good procedures for tracing server side error that occur on a cloud instance?
My case here is that the client reports a returning but intermittent "Internal Server Error has occurred" error message in the CP - but without further details and I'm not sure how to trace that down. The craft console project management logs view does not seem to be the right place to look...
