I finally started implementing button groups (they're awesome!) where we were previously relying heavily on radio buttons and it would be nice if a tooltip was shown for icon only buttons:

Side note: I was scrolling through the font awesome icons trying to find these specific icons until I finally realized that these are probably custom 😅 I'm kind of surprised they don't have icons that represent something similar to these. They have a lot of alignment type icons, but not positional ones like left, right, top, bottom, etc.

As I say that, I just noticed that the icon only buttons on the preferences page do have tooltips:
