Add pagination "skip ahead" or "rows per page" or "jump to page" in control panel

It would be nice to not have to click right hundreds of times to view certain entries.

In other pagination tables, often I see a "rows per page" item: 25, 50, 100, 500, etc. Then it shows the page number and lets you choose the specific page number, or type it in to jump to it. Right now we just have left and right arrows.

I know we can do filters and what not. But this feature would be nice in many cases too. Thanks!

Thanks for the feature request! Customizable entries per page was previously requested by #8707, and the ability to jump directly to a page was requested by #17075.
