Add or remove dashboard items per user group

As an admin, I would like the ability to control the availability of dashboard widgets by user group. For example, we have a user group with a very basic access to add only calendar events. These are not tech savvy users, and having the Blog and Tonic feed on their dashboard creates confusion. I would like the ability to remove access to the Blog and Tonic feed, or any other widget, based on user group.

Yes -- I had thought at first reading that this had made it into Craft 2.5.

Not yet, but the Beta is not over, right? ;)
