Allow users of a group to see and edit entries of other users in that specific group

Through the CP allow members of user groups to see and edit entries of other members in that group: user case example - Multiple Groups as "Teams" or "Departments", members of "Team A" can publish and edit entries authored by other members of the team they are in.

So if we have a single section called "Documents" and multiple teams (groups) all publishing in that section the teams are like departments and can manage entries by other members of that group / department but not other groups entries (unless they belong to that group)

So basically this would add 2 checkboxes

• Edit this group's entries
• Edit this group's drafts

Concerns:

• what if the author is removed from all groups? Post would no longer be editable by users who can only edit entries of their group(s). Batch assign entries to another user?
• maybe we should be able to assign a group / groups as author instead of a single author?
