Right now TTFB (Time to first byte) of craft start at around 300ms even for just loading in the boostrap and not doing any custom queries etc.

Craft needs to get this down significantly - even completely cached pages take this long to load as craft itself is "fairly" slow.

I know you guys are working on this issue for C3...just wanna have it documented.

Yep, if nothing else, Craft 3.0 will be faster :)
