Instances of "chooser" related language in CC repos

There are a small number of places that the word "chooser" is mentioned in the descriptions and names of various CC repos. For each of these, it may be worth looking at whether or not the language should be changed.

• creativecommons/cc.engine's description "... part of the license engine"
• creativecommons/cc.i18n's description "Localization data for CC's deeds and license chooser" - localization will now be handled in this repo
• https://github.com/creativecommons/cc-license-chooser's name and description, this repo is for the js widget, for which there is not yet a replacement

This list may or may not be exhaustive, and is mostly meant to track these instances :)
